Condo = A Condominium or Co-op (Building styles vary from high rise to cottages, but the non-building parts of the area are always owned by the association and the association is owed by the homeowners, each homeowner holding an undivided interest in the association.)
Courtyard = A single family home that usually features a pool and a separate one-room-plus-bath-cottage within the walls of the home.
Single Family = A traditional stand-alone home.
Townhome = A multi story building, homeowners own vertically and have rooms on more than one floor.
Villa = Two homes sharing a single wall. Looks like a duplex, but each side is individually owned. Frequently part of a condominium or co-op.
City = General Location
Development = A Community with Multiple Subdivisions
Subdivision = A Community of Similar Homes Bound by Specific Rules.
On Your Lot = Not Limited to Any Subdivision - Can Be Built Almost Anywhere
Community = Description of Major Amenities within Community
Design = Builder’s Model Designation
SqFt = Air/Conditioned Area in Square Feet
Beds = Number of Bedrooms.
Beds = Number of Additional Rooms.
Dens, Sitting Rooms, Bonus Rooms, etc.
Baths = Number of Bathrooms.
Half = Number of Powder Rooms or Half-Bathrooms.
Gar = Garage Spaces. Covered Parking Places count one/half.
Start = Approximate Price for Basic Model.
High = Usually ‘Start’ Price x 140%
